If you can dream it (or find a picture of it) I can make it. I have made over 2000 cakes, from simple to silly. I bake American-style moist sponge cakes in chocolate, vanilla, marble (chocolate & vanilla swirled together), lemon, carrot or banana with chocolate chips decorated with buttercream and sugar fondant. Designs sculpted in sugar create a fantastic personal statement. I also specialise in fabulous cupcakes.
