If you can dream it (or find a picture of it) I can make it. I have made over 2000 cakes from simple to silly. American style moist sponge cakes in chocolate, vanilla, marble (chocolate & vanilla swirled together), lemon, carrot or banana with chocolate chips decorated with buttercream & sugar fondant. Designs sculpted in sugar create a fantastic personal statement.
